Chapter Philanthropy

The Gamma Delta Chapter of Alpha Xi Delta is excited to bring Autism Speaks to the University of Nebraska-Omaha campus community. The world's largest autism advocacy organization, Autism Speaks is dedicated to increasing awareness of autism spectrum disorders, funding research into the causes, prevention and treatments for autism, and advocating for the needs of individuals with autism and their families.

Our sisters are proud to raise autism awareness on our campus and work with Autism Speaks. Alpha Xi Delta is committed to improving the lives of children and families affected by autism. We hope our fundraising and awareness efforts can help put one more piece of the autism puzzle in place.

Alpha Xi’s throughout the country take great pride in their philanthropic work. Our national philanthropy is Autism Speaks, an organization that supports research and families with children that have autism. Did you know that autism affects more children each year than pediatric cancer, aids, and diabetes combined? With such a large number of families being affected with Autism, it’s important to work to raise awareness and dollars to support these individuals.

We are proud to announce this year, we raised $31,033.95 for Autism Speaks! Thank you for the amaXIng support!
